Buffy watched as the demon killed the vampires so easily. She watched this massacre wondering what kind've demon it was, if she should just kill him or leave him be. As he noted that she was indeed a slayer, she simply shrugged and watched him walk away. He seemed to be going towards an old tomb, which was probably where they were staying. It was good to know in case she needed to do some late night slaying. Although she would refrain before she knew any evidence that would lead her to their deaths being necessary.
"Your friend always that drunk?" She asked jokingly, a smirk on her face.
The two seemed to be pretty good friends with each other, the half vampire and the demon. She had witnessed this when the demon had willingly stepped in front of the half vampire to save him, and the half vamp had let him. They had some strong bond, whatever it may be, and it intrigued Buffy ever so slightly.

A light sigh fluttered from Siyamak's lips and he dipped his head, eyes to the ground. He scowled and then nodded. Out of the coner of his eye he noticed Septarus dissapear into the tomb.
"Yes. Or at least acts like it even when sober." he then nervously looked back up. It was obvious Septarus had given away their hiding spot. So.. a Slayer. Had his heart still worked properly it would have exploded from adrenilen and fright.
"You.. you're not going kill us, are you?" he inquired in a soft whisper, his left boot, or what was left of it, brushing the ground by the toe. He didn't want to go.. not yet anyways. He still had a mission to do and he wasn't about to go till he saw it done.
"I would appreciate it if perhaps you didn't. If you're worried about us killing humans, we don't. I don't like drinking human blood.. I can't stand it. I just feed off of the local animals here, like birds. Septarus.. well.. he's a Black Heart. He doesn't drink blood or eat humans. Just.. whatever humans eat I guess."
He didn't know how convicing that was. He could show his fangs to prove that they were small and it was tough to break skin. (of course the latter wouldn't be demonstrated)

Buffy listened as he explained to her why she shouldn't just kill him. Honestly she hadn't thought to much into depth why she should or shouldn't, but she certainly was now. They didn't eat humans? Yeah, like she hadn't heard that before from some desperate demons. But then again, Buffy did have incredible instincts as well as a good judge of character. With this said she somehow could tell that he wasn't lying, and relaxed her composture. Truthfully she was glad that there were more people like her who killed the vampires instead of unwillingly joining them.
"Usually I would've already killed you, but I guess I can make an exception since I know your telling the truth." She said, her words as honest as his had been.

For a brief moment, a smile flickered to his pale face and he nodded, lifting his head. He mumbled a small thanks before heading towards the tomb.. but he paused and turned. he put thin hand into his pocket and took out a pendant with a purple amythist at the end of it.
"Er.. by any chance, do you know of a magic based store around? I need to get this thing checked out, see if it's dangerous." he muttered. His amber orbs reflected sadness for a short moment.
