A yawn escaped the cursed man as he reclined on the cold stone lid of the coffin. What little light of the moon reached its chilled white rays into the sticky darkness of the tomb. A rat scrambled by with a squeak and the wind played itself through the trees outside.
Closing his yellow, predatory orbs, Siyamak ran a pale, bony hand through his silvery hair and moaned. He was hungry but had to wait on his companion to return. If he stalked out now for a bite, he wasn’t sure if he’d return to his hiding spot intact. Demons, vampires and other dangers constantly lurked outside his safe keep. It made him feel weak and venerable. At this thought, he curled up into a tight ball and slowly sang himself a lullaby.
His song did not last long as he heard more than just the creaking of the wind running through the trees. Startled, he sat up, amber eyes focusing into the dark. It was then he saw that he accidentally raised the corpse of a rat... it was still now, as he had stopped singing. He grumbled and put his hand to his head; how could he be so stupid to let go like that? He needed more practice. Now if only Septarus would get back...

“WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!” The shout was enough to make the cat thrash out of the trash bin it had been sniffing about for edible snacks. Cackling, Septarus leaned up against the wall, his breath damp with the smell of beer. He hiccupped and began to stumble back towards the graveyard.
He had taken his sweet time scaring up a local store and rummaging off their cashier and booze section. Already half of his stolen goods were gone into his gut but this did not bother him. No humans were hurt and he got what he wanted. That’s all that mattered. Though he did begin to figure Siy was gunna be down right made with him returning so late.
“Little fella’s prolly all hungry…” he slurred to himself. He hopped awkwardly into the graveyard, the beer cans clinking loudly and his loud voice calling out random things. It all stopped with a loud crash as he tripped over a low ridged tombstone. An oath rose up as his legs dangled comically over the rim of the stone.

Only one demon could make such a racket, or at least one demon to Siyamak's knowledge. Annoyance spreading quickly across his deathly pale face, he leaped from his make shift stone bed and exited his safe haven. His eyes immediately adjusted to the darkness that bit at the graveyard.
"Pst! Septarus!" he hissed, his voice a low rasp. He treaded to wards the comically displayed demon hanging over the tombstone. His yellow orbs rolled to the side and he gave an exasperated sigh.
"Git." he snarled and stooped down in an attempt to help his friend to his feet. "You'll attract unwanted att-.. Have you been stealing again?" his gaze had fallen over the taken goods and narrowed dangerously.

Buffy had been patrolling for quite some throughout Rome. As she entered through the thick stone gates of the graveyard she heard something rumbling in the darkness. It wasn't a vampire, as it was to beast like to be a vampire. They more or less growled, whereas whatever this was seemed to be almost purring.
Werewolf.
Just as the word came into her mind the large dog like beast jumped from within the shadows. As she lunged out of its way and into a rolling technique its claws just barely missed her skin. Quickly recovering she watched as it began charging her yet again. Dodging its advances she did a front flip, landing behind it. As she did this she sent a flurry of deathly blows to its back abdoment area. As it finally grew limp she leaned down, snapping its neck to make sure. She hated killing werewolves, as they were still humans, but she knew it had to be done to save the lives of innocents.
Walking away from the werewolves body she made her way through the graveyard, killing a numerous numbers of vampires as she patrolled. As she made her way to the middle of the cemetary she saw a particularly odd scene; a man and a large demon who'd tripped over a tombstone. After a moment Buffy sensed that the man was a vampire, yet a weak one at that. Instead of slaying them she simply seeped into the shadows, watching them from a distance.

The smells of the churning soil and matted fur breezed across Siyamak's nose and he lifted his head momentarily, senses alert. Death soon followed the furry smell... Werewolf. He was thankful whatever found it disposed of it first. While Septarus was an excellent source of protection, his drunken state didn't do much for fighting. The churning soil must have been vampires arising.. but it was funny that none of them wandered to them.
Then a third smell came... human. Scared, he peered around but found nothing. With a sigh, he returned to his drunken friend and made a few more attempts to get him to his feet. "Arg! You're heavy!" he complained.

Sense blurred by the warmth of the beer, the demon took absolutely no notice to anything else in the graveyard except for his silver haired friend. "Siiiiiyyyyyy... I'm drunk." he blurted bluntly and began to giggle as Siyamak made many failing attempts to get him to his feet. "Ya know, this is kinda comfy.. though I'm startin' ta think mah legs gunna go ta sleep. Ung.... Ha! You're a freakin' toothpick man! So what if I'm heaveh!" he barked to his friends comment before rolling back into drunken gales of laughter.

Buffy couldn't help herself as a small smile grew upon her delicate face. The demon was stuck, and his friend couldn't help him. It was sort've comical, the scene she was viewing. She seen that the demon was drunk, and though he was powerful, she knew he probably couldn't harm her. The other one, the vampire, seemed far to weak to come close to hurting her. Taking all this into consideration, Buffy stepped out of the shadows and made her way over to the demons. Whether or not she would slay them she would soon find out by how they acted and what they said.
"Excuse me" Buffy said as she stepped in front of the vampire.
Now standing above the other demon she grabbed him by the shoulders and easily lifted him to his feet, happy to have slayer strength. She then took a step back as the smell of boose seeped off of him and onto herself. It was almost overwhelming; all the alcohol. She then put her hands to her hips as she stood before the two, deciding to have a little fun with the two before slaying them. If she did slay them that was.
"Looks like you two were having some fun. How come I wasn't invited to the party?" She said, mimicking a hurt voice in pure playfulness.

Septarus felt himself finally give way and was lifted up to a standing position. He wavered on the spot, his numbed mind trying to figure out what helped him up. He slowly revolved on the spot, saw the blonde and gave the utmost stupid grin, fangs flashing. "Purdy.." he drooled, but turned away and staggered towards his friend.

Like a frightened kitten, Siyamak gasped and dodged back a pace or two before circling around to hide by the side of his friend. He eyed the woman, surprised she was so casual with them and his jaw dropped as she lifted Septarus off the ground. How could a mere human do that? What was she? He tilted his head, curious, but heard his friends comment and a look of annoyance returned. His eyes caught sight of a small tree branch and he picked it up, whacking Septarus round the head. He know that this would probably have no effect, but he hoped it got a message across. If not... this would. "You idiot!" he snapped at the demon.

Buffy simply watched as the vampire annoyedly hit his friend with a tree branch. Honestly it was quite amusing, and this fact made Buffy want to stick around and watch. It was like reality T.V.; people getting drunk and hitting each other. The vampire seemed to wonder how she'd picked up his friend, though she made no attempt to explain it. She didn't care whether or not they knew who she was, not yet at least. She had the thought to ask who and what they were, but refrained and simply stood watching the two.

((Just to make things interesting.. the vamps are NPC I suppose.. not actual characters so kill ‘em off if ya’d like. I’m not even gunna both with names or genders. Lyrics from Depeche Mode’s ‘Enjoy the Silence’.)) Dropping the stick, he tried to push his large friend back towards the tomb. “C’mon…” he hissed under his breath, then turned to the woman. “Listen, I don’t know who you are, how you were able to pick him up so easily, or even the fact that you aren’t scared but us but please, go home. This place isn-“ He was cut off as the grave his friend stumbled over broke open and a vampire crawled his way out. The cretin sniffed the air, but its gaze fell to the swaying demon and Siyamak. It blinked and Siyamak gulped.
“Uh..” “A Halfling, eh?” the creature hissed and Siyamak hid behind the large demon who seemed totally oblivious to his surroundings.
A few more graves broke open as more Vampires crawled out, hissing and groaning. Considering the demon was, well, a demon and Siyamak was not drinkable, they focused their gaze to Buffy, not recognizing her potentials and her status. Siyamak panicked and softly began to sing.
“Words like violence.. break the silence..” Older graves that had remained undisturbed for years now came to animation as a three skeletons crawled out and headed to the attackers.

Septarus was indeed oblivious to his surroundings. His mind wandered back to the booze left by the grave, but dirt now hid the glinting cans as a Vampire rose up from its ground. He scowled, swaying, then his long ears twitched as he heard the familiar song Siyamak enjoyed singing…
Revolving on the spot, he saw the girl, the vamps and three skeletal puppets headed for the predatory undead. A dark brow shot up and he watched, bemused.

Just as Buffy was about to reply to the half vampire, a fresh vampire arose from its grave. Just as it did several more also rose, almost six in total. As Buffy was the only drinkable person around, they seemed to gravitate towards her. Not really all that threatened she looked oddly at the half vampire who was singing. His singing seemed to rise skeletons who began walking towards the vampires. There were four in front of her, and two by the skeletons. The four vampires circled her, their fangs trembling as they thought they had an easy kill.
Buffy smirked and waited for the vamps to make their moves, which they did. Two approached her from each side, and the other two from the front. As she leapt into the air her feet reached around 5 3/4 feet into the air, she then kicked her feet out kicking the two on each side of her in the temples. As they stumbled backwards she dropped to the ground, landing on her feet. The other two in front of her came at her, fangs bearing and began sending flurry's of attacks at her. She fought blocking every one of their advances but one, which hit her in the ribs. She heard it crack but didn't show any sign of being injured as she thrusted her stake into the two vamps hearts. She then turned and staked one of the ones she'd kicked and then moved to the last of the four, standing above it. Tired of staking she simply put her foot onto the last vamps neck, and then applied some pressure. With her strength she managed to use her foot to decapitate the vamp, leaving just her standing.
The last two vampires were being held off by the skeletons, and Buffy decided to let them kill them. She'd already gotten four of them, no need to hog the killing.

Siyamak’s concentration was quickly broken as he saw the woman prove her worth. His jaw dropped slack once more, amber eyes wide. His skeletons keeled over into a pile of dust, releasing the Vampires. The stakes… the fighting style.. was she a Slayer? Siyamak had never seen one before, nor did he ever imagine wanting to run into one but if this was a Slayer… he whimpered as he watched her leave a few of the Vampires alone.
Angered by the attack of the boned undead, they turned their attention to Siyamak and charged, hissing.

Septarus, drunk or not, could still understand what danger was. His attention had been caught by the woman kicking a can of whoop ass with ease… even with one injury. He scowled… Slayers. Tch. He tried to avoid them when possible as his reputation for scaring the public wasn’t all that popular, but she would have to wait. His friend just caught the attention of the cretins that remained. With a vicious roar, Septarus stepped in front. His large hands caught two of the Vamps by the head and he crushed them into dust with a bit of effort. As for what remained, he drew back his hand, fingers flat and together, and drove his sharp nails into their skull. Dust was all that remained in the end.
With a hiccup, Septarus dusted off his hands and swore as he noted the gray flecks that collected along his leather pants. Grumbling, he turned to the girl and pointed, though his point was still off.
“S-so… a Slay- hic- Slayer? … meh… Kill me tomorrow, I’m tired.” And his arm dropped comically as he staggered off to the tomb.
